Kid Review: The Pelican

November 27th, 2010  |  by  |  Published in FunBlog  |  1 Comment

The Pelican is a wonderful breakfast restaurant with a great menu and an orderly appearance. The menu includes eggs and omelettes, breakfast burgers (with sliced tomato, spinach leaves, and sunny side up egg), bagels, salads (fruit and veggie), pancakes, french toast, and many others. Outdoor and indoor seating is available. The restrooms are tidy and clean; the service is prompt, courteous and thorough.

The pancakes and bagels are simply delicious, and if you order eggs, you will enjoy the always-fresh roasted potatoes. The sausage is tasty, and so are the wild berries. The prices can’t be better, and they will gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Diners cards.

Don't forget to tell them you saw it on Miami Fun Guide!

Here’s the address for the Pelican Cafe:

    826 Ocean Drive
    Miami Beach, FL 33139

    Phone: (305) 673-1000

However, we must say that the quality of the food has gone down a little and the prices have increased. The potatoes aren’t as fresh, and the mixed berries are definitely not fresh. But we can still say that the sausage, bacon, bread, eggs, and prompt service still remain the same!
